If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, our easy exchange and return policy makes it simple to process your request. Your satisfaction is our priority! 

Delivery Information

• InfoTechs Nepal offers free delivery for orders both within and outside the valley.
• Orders within the Kathmandu Valley are typically delivered within the same day. However, delivery takes no longer than 48 hours for locations outside the valley.
• Changes can be made if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. However, it is recommended to inform our customer service as soon as possible.
• If you are unavailable at the delivery time, the delivery personnel will try to contact you and confirm your location. If in-case, you are unable to pick up your item, inform someone close to you to receive it, or else, re-delivery may be scheduled. 
• If the delivery time is longer than expected, we encourage our customers to contact customer service for assistance and get informed about their order status. 
• Currently, InfoTechs Nepal provides nationwide delivery only. However, we are considering expanding our services to include international shipping too.

Return & Exchange Policies

• InfoTechs Nepal provides a hassle-free return process. This process applies to products that are damaged or defective or to the delivered product that is wrong or different from the one described on our website. 
• Items that you are returning or exchanging must be in their original unused form with all the accessories, manuals, and packaging included. We do not accept the item if it’s damaged or tampered with.
• We accept your claim if you return or exchange an item within one week from the date of purchase bill. 
• Also, remember to bring the original purchase invoice and warranty card when returning or exchanging the item.
• If you return or exchange defective or mismatched items, we do not charge any fees from your side that occurred during shipping. InfoTechs Nepal will be responsible for all the shipping costs incurred during delivery.
• We will first check the condition of the item before and after delivery. Once it meets our policy requirement, your return or exchange process will be executed immediately on the same day.
